Phase 1 · Days 1–3

Baseline

Day 01 Baseline 10-second test

Run the 10-second CPS test three times with your normal clicking. No technique tricks — this is your honest starting number.

3 × 10s Record best of 3

Day 02 Burst ceiling test

Run three 5-second tests. This shows your ceiling — the speed you can hit in short bursts before fatigue kicks in.

3 × 5s Note your 5s CPS

Day 03 Input comparison

Test mouse, right click, spacebar and keyboard. Pick the input that gives the highest consistent CPS and use it for the whole plan.

4 inputs Pick your main input

Phase 2 · Days 4–10

Technique Foundation

Day 04 Kohi form check

Run a 5-second Kohi test. Watch the Interval CV readout — you want steady, evenly spaced clicks, not spikes of speed.

1 × 5s Interval CV under 40%

Day 05 Kohi rhythm drill

Run three 10-second Kohi tests with a one-minute rest between each. Count in your head to lock in a steady rhythm.

3 × 10s Beat day 4 by 0.5 CPS

Day 06 Try butterfly clicking

Run a 5-second butterfly test, alternating two fingers between the left and right mouse buttons.

1 × 5s Alternation over 60%

Day 07 Butterfly refine

Run three 10-second butterfly tests. Keep the alternation steady — speed comes after form, not before it.

3 × 10s Alternation over 75%

Day 08 Try jitter (optional)

Run a 5-second jitter test. Vibrate your forearm, not your wrist. If anything aches, stop — this technique is optional.

1 × 5s Spread under 120px

Day 09 Pick your main technique

Run a 10-second test on your best technique — Kohi, butterfly or jitter. This is your technique for the rest of the plan.

1 × 10s Commit to one technique

Day 10 Technique benchmark

Run a 15-second test with your main technique. This is the number the Consistency phase builds on.

1 × 15s Beat day 9

Phase 3 · Days 11–20

Consistency

Day 11 Ladder attempt 1

Run a 10-second CPS test. Focus on a smooth rhythm from the first click to the last — no burst start.

1 × 10s Beat your day-1 baseline

Day 12 Interval consistency

Run three 10-second Kohi tests. The goal is identical gaps between clicks, not maximum speed.

3 × 10s Interval CV under 35%

Day 13 Rest day: rhythm counter

Use target mode and count to 500 with a steady beat. Keeps the clicking muscles warm with almost no load.

Target 500 500 clicks, steady pace

Day 14 Ladder attempt 2

Run a 10-second test and compare with day 11. Consistency is the goal, not a new record.

1 × 10s Within 0.5 CPS of day 11

Day 15 Battle the AI (easy)

Play a practice duel against the easy AI. Pressure practice — stay calm and keep your rhythm under a timer.

Best of 3 Win the series

Day 16 Rhythm drill

Count to 1,000 in target mode with a metronome-like rhythm. Ten seconds on, ten seconds off.

Target 1,000 1,000 clicks

Day 17 Ladder attempt 3

Fresh 10-second test after a five-minute break. This is your current best shape.

1 × 10s Beat day 11

Day 18 Technique maintenance

15-second test with your main technique. Form over speed — smooth beats fast.

1 × 15s Within 0.5 CPS of day 10

Day 19 Consistency test

Run two 10-second tests two minutes apart. If they are close, the speed is real.

2 × 10s Tests within 0.5 CPS

Day 20 Milestone: week two

Run your best 10-second test so far. If you have beaten your baseline by 1 CPS or more, the plan is working.

1 × 10s Baseline +1 CPS

Phase 4 · Days 21–27

Endurance

Day 21 First 30-second test

Run a 30-second test. Pace yourself — the first ten seconds are the easy part.

1 × 30s Record your 30s CPS

Day 22 30-second round 2

Run two 30-second tests with two minutes of rest between them.

2 × 30s Beat day 21

Day 23 Kohi endurance

Run a 30-second Kohi test. Keep the rhythm from click one to click thirty.

1 × 30s Interval CV under 40%

Day 24 60-second test

The long one: a full 60-second test. Breathe, relax your grip, keep a steady beat.

1 × 60s Record your 60s CPS

Day 25 Battle the AI (medium)

Move up to the medium AI. Real duels under real pressure — and a real win on your battle record.

Best of 3 Beat medium AI

Day 26 Technique endurance

30-second test with your main technique. This is where technique and endurance finally meet.

1 × 30s Beat day 23

Day 27 Endurance retest

Run a 30-second test and compare it with day 21. Your endurance is the story here.

1 × 30s Beat day 21 by 0.5 CPS

Phase 5 · Days 28–30

Peak & Retest

Day 28 Taper: short bursts

Light day. Run three 5-second tests only — keep the reflexes sharp, do not grind.

3 × 5s 5s bursts only

Day 29 Taper: fresh hands

Almost no clicking today. Count 200 in target mode, then rest, hydrate and stretch your forearms.

Target 200 Rest and recover

Day 30 Final benchmark

The 10-second test that closes the plan. Run it three times and take your best.

3 × 10s Beat day 1

Quick answer

A 30 day click speed training plan is a structured, day-by-day schedule for increasing your CPS through deliberate practice.

Why a 30 day plan beats random clicking practice

Click speed is a muscle skill, and muscle skills improve with structured, repeated practice — not with occasional grinding. A daily routine of 10–20 focused minutes builds rhythm, technique, and endurance.

The five phases of the training plan

Phase 1 · Days 1–3

Baseline

Find your honest starting number before you change anything.

Phase 2 · Days 4–10

Technique Foundation

Learn Kohi, butterfly and jitter properly — form first, speed second.

Phase 3 · Days 11–20

Consistency

Turn one good run into repeatable speed, every single day.

Phase 4 · Days 21–27

Endurance

Hold your CPS over 30 and 60 seconds, the way real fights demand.

Phase 5 · Days 28–30

Peak & Retest

Taper, rest, and close the plan with a fresh 10-second benchmark.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many days does it take to increase your CPS?

Most players see a measurable increase within 10–14 days of daily practice (0.5–1 CPS) and 1–3 CPS over 30 days.

How many minutes a day should I practice?

10–20 focused minutes per day is the sweet spot. More volume than that trains fatigue rather than speed.
